Los Angeles Apparel Heavy Weight Tee
In every big space I’ve ever been in I’ve often seen nothing but Black or white people, but rarely people who are brown and look like me. I’ve experienced being looked down upon, underestimated, and feeling like I had to work twice as hard to prove myself simply because of the color of my skin.
This tee is a reminder of those experiences but also a way of reclaiming the word and turning something that has been used against Latinos into a symbol of identity, resilience, and pride.
